Glen Carlou Grand Classique 2009

Paarl, Coastal Region, South AfricaTobacco leaf, olive brine, hot earth, meaty, cassis, cedar, saddle leather aromas. Round, full, warm but somewhat tart with some light tannin. Smoky, meaty, earthy, balsamic, liquorice, medicinal, soy, shoe leather and cassis flavours. Very warm, somewhat rubbery and tart finish.
