South Eastern Australia, AustraliaWhen you crack the screwcap the wine is initially reduced and really needs a splash decant and some air time. Otherwise it is more or less true to form with earthy spicy, black berry, peppery, menthol aromas. The attack is sweet and soft with ripe, sweetish blueberry fruit and pepper flavours flecked with spice and menthol and liquorice. Try it with beef kabobs.
