ViVi Falanghina 2011
Campania, ItalyPear, honey, floral, matchstick, spicy, lemon, minty, almond aromas. Very fresh, dry, slightly austere palate with lemon oil, floral, pear, spicy lees, grassy, citrus rind flavours. Has intensity and the will to vivi (to live) but it's a bit to tart and chalky on the finish to sip solo. Try this with linguine vongole.Tasted: 03 January 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $15.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Stile Wines |
