Trius Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
Ontario, CanadaSimple stuff showing classic red fruits and leafy notes that denote the difficulty in ripening this variety. Even a warm year in Southern Ontario could not assure total ripeness. The attack is bright and fresh with plenty of acidity but the wine is too skinny and tart to highly recommend. Try this with hamburgers or with beef pasta sauces to help temper the acidity.Tasted: 16 January 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:ON | $15.00 | 750ml | winery only |
