Apalta Valley, Santa Cruz, Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileOpen spicy, caraway, plum, cedar, tobacco nose with meaty, cardamom and leather aromas. Round, fresh, smooth, elegant palate with peppery, meaty, chocolate, blackberry, bay leaf, mint, vanilla, smoky herb with a cedar, coffee, curry leaf finish. A bit short and light on the finish but should improve over the next few years.
