Look for smoky, savoury, cedar, liquorice root, meaty, mineral notes with bits of barnyard, leather, spice and mace aromas. Dry, fresh, round, medium bodied palate with light tannins. Peppery, roast meat, roast pepper, smoky, savoury, prune and cherry flavours. A bit angular but fresh.
