Le Vieux Pin Ava 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFloral, apricot skin, ginger, honey, grassy, vanilla and cooked quince aromas. Full, round, dry, somewhat juicy and elegant palate with a light oiliness. Pear skin, quince, soapy floral, honey, ginger, lees, nutty, light vanilla and apple skin flavours. A bit lean and warm on the finish but has good intensity and solid balance. Will be best with seafood.Tasted: 11 January 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $35.00 | 750ml | winery direct - Spring 2013 |
