Padthaway, South Australia, AustraliaFifteen year old vines are the backbone of this fragrant, floral lifted red fruit nose flecked with oregano. The wine gets a lengthy maceration of up to 5 weeks and then spends another 14 months wood most of which (80%) is French and forty percent of that is new. The attack is ripe and sweet with intense, savoury, cedar-y, blueberry fruit and along well-blanced finish.
