Padthaway, South Australia, AustraliaDelicious lively, fresh, red-fruited rosé with hints of liquorice, pomegranate and candied dried herbs. Love the crisp clean textures and the sheer pleasure this delivers in the mouth all with a miniscule 1.8 percent residual sugar. Drink all summer on the patio with lighter summer fare. The blend is 72/28 sangiovese and cabernet franc. The franc was fermented in older barrels to add a whisper of complexity.
