Domaine Faiveley Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers 1er Cru 2011
Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceA slightly more herbal effort here, not a great nose but perhaps not a great sample in this case. Much better in the mouth offering a warm, rich cherry/raspberry flavoured red with plenty of structure and style. Finesse and power and length from a sample that is likely just off should bode well for the real thing when it arrives later this year. No need to worry it will be fine.
