Brancott Vineyards Pinot Noir Reserve 2006
Central Otago, South Island, New ZealandThis was a great discovery and a super buy on the wine list at the Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet. Six and one half years old, fully mature, under screwcap and affordable it is a wine list winner. Just love the ripe savoury Otago signature nose and spicy cherry, dried herbs fruit with little if any tannin left. Round, fresh smooth textures with a touch of spice round out the finish.
