Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaCooked, canned artichoke, nettle, buttery nose with weedy, bell pepper aromas. Fresh, crisp, elegant palate but austere with buttery, diacetyl, canned artichoke, tobacco leaf, lemon flavours.
