Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaLight mousse with a very floral, spicy, ginger, slate, earthy, green apple skin aromas with a bit of matchstick. Very fresh, juicy, tart palate with some sweetness and light fizz. Big green apple, spicy, floral, nectarine skin, minty flavours. Delicate, tart and very juicy at only 6.5% alcohol.
