Benjamin Bridge Grand Cuvée 2004

Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaFine, creamy white continuous mousse. Toasty, nutty, floral, baked green apple, pear skin, butter, honey aromas. Fresh, crisp, austere, slightly foamy entry with some sweetness. Granny smith apple, nutty, toasty, floral, green peach, pear skin and light honey flavours. A high acid, austere but well balanced style with good finesse and length of flavour. Will continue to age. Impressive.Tasted: 21 January 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
