Margaret River, Western Australia, AustraliaLess tart than previous versions which is a good start. The nose is a mix of savoury, dried herbs and cola cedar, and black fruit. The attack is warm and round with more cedar and black fruit flavours with ripe smooth tannins. You can drink this now or wait two or three years for it to mature in bottle. The wine spends 14 months in French oak prior to release.
