Spadefoot Toad Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPrune, smoky, tobacco leaf, tomato paste, and meaty, earthy, black olive aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant but tart and slightly astringent palate. Cassis, candied cherry, herbal, spicy, coffee, tomato paste, tobacco and leather flavours. There is some textural concentration as you would expect with cabernet but the finish is too tart.Tasted: 15 December 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
