North Coast Region, California, United StatesMedium fine continuous mousse. Creamy, toasty brioche, pear, light hone, spicy, citrus, baked apple and buttered cashew aromas. Fresh, somewhat creamy but foamy mousse in a sweeter style brut but solid acidity. Toasty, nutty, honey, apple core, earthy, citrus, leesy, peach flavours. Finish is biscuit-y with lemon drop notes.
