Chablis, Burgundy, FranceGreen apple, seashell, lees, spicy, nutty, matchstick, seaweed, floral, lemon aromas. Dry, tight, elegant but slightly austere with lemon, green apple skin, lees, seashell, grassy, pear skin flavours. Finish is a bit austere but very juicy.
