Kanazawa Ronin 2010
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, cedar, black olive, barnyard, leather, resin, Oxo aromas. Dry, tight, elegant palate with light tannins. Cherry, cedar, black olive, herbal, tobacco, resin, barnyard, lees and smoky flavours. Tight, youthful oaky finish. Not a ripe as we would like this needs time in the bottle to dissipate the oak and expose more fruit. The blend is 88/6/6 merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot.Tasted: 29 December 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | winery direct or private wine stores |
