Spicy, peppery, smoky, coffee, black cherry jam, waxy, floral, menthol, liquorice and meat aromas with a touch of saddle leather and carrot top. Dry, round, supple, warm but elegant palate that is rich and smooth. Black cherry, smoky, graphite, leather, coffee, vanilla, five spice, waxy, tobacco, meaty flavours. Warm finish but good concentration and structure if a bit flat. Good ripe fruit and not too pruny despite the warmth.
