Chartron et Trébuchet Pouilly-Fuissé Cuvée de la Chapelle 2010
Pouilly-Fuissé, Mâconnais, Burgundy, FranceRipe floral red apple nose with smoky, mineral, flinty notes. On the palate the attack is fresh and lean with fine underlying acidity supporting fruit reminiscent of baked pear, green melon and butter. A touch lean but otherwise typical for the appellation. Best with seafood or white meats.Tasted: 23 December 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $33.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
