Côtes du Rhône Villages, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceThis wine is a winner from the get go if you like grenache. The nose is an intense white pepper and raspberry nose with bits of plum and liquorice. The palate is similar with soft fruity notes carrying the mid-palate and more earth, black tea and incense marking the finish. Greta with mushroom pasta dishes or Osso buco style meat dishes. Ready to drink now but will hold easily through 2015.
