Pentâge Winery Our Port in a Storm Dirty Dozen Vineyard 2010
Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPort in a Storm '10 is the first fortified zinfandel released at Pentâge. The winery fortifies this wine with its neutral grape spirit and it's barreled for a year. The wine has a huge fruity primary fruit nose suggesting its zinfandel origins. The palate is warm but balanced with spicy white pepper and raspberry fruit flavours.
