Tasmania, South Australia, AustraliaA consistent performer with strawberry jam, spicy, tobacco, celery, carrot top, rhubarb, cedar and smoky herb aromas with a bit of smoke and vanilla. Dry, fresh, juicy, elegant palate with rhubarb, strawberry, smoky, savoury, tobacco, raspberry leaf and carrot top flavours. Good elegance and fruit with a touch of austerity with a hint of tannins on the finish.
