Cahors, Sud-Ouest, FranceDark sloe, peppery, tobacco, roasted meat, compost, raisin and liquorice aromas. Dry, full, round but somewhat tannic with fresh acidity. Meaty, peppery, prune, smoky herb, tobacco, black cherry, compost flavours with some tannin to shed.
