It's the refreshing acidity that makes the 27/22/20/20/7/2 mix of pinot blanc, müller-thurgau, schönburger, kerner, pinot gris and viognier work. Expect a fresh aromatic nose with an easy-sipping blend of tropical fruit flavours with some residual sugar in the mix.
