Monster Vineyards Rosé 2011
British Columbia, CanadaA super cool year and a dry fall was heaven for rosé. This 100 percent merlot was made using the French technique saignée. It was then settled and left with 10 percent residual to add body and depth. The palate is fresh with red fruit and citrus flavours that help balance the sugar.
