Grgich Hills Chardonnay 2008
Napa Valley, California, United StatesTasted 15 months ago and now again it is only getting better. We love the style of this wine that follows the Mike Grgich guidelines of no malolactic fermentation now added to fruit that is certified biodynamic. The nose is bright and alive with a sophisticated nutty lees entry and hints of orange and tropical fruit poking through its tight interior. Expect elegance and styling and think roast chicken, halibut and or creamy cheeses.
