Blasted Church Mixed Blessings 2011

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAn 80/20 viognier chardonnay blend that opens with a floral, spicy, ginger, honey nose flecked with melon, pear and red apple notes. The attack is fresh, delicate and juicy with a slightly sweet palate of honey, pear, canned grapefruit, lees, butter, baked apple flavours. A bit sweet and oily on the finish but has good fruit and balance. Best served as an apéritif or with Asian cuisine.Tasted: 29 October 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
