Oeil de Perdrix or 'eye of the partridge' aptly describes its colour single vineyard name Brugioni. Expect an off-dry version with raspberry citrus flavours and a fresh orange creamsicle finish. A patio pink you could match it up with spicy sushi or summer appetizers plates.
