Oak Knoll District, Napa Valley, California, United StatesThis one hundred percent chardonnay is all Oak Knoll District, Napa Valley fruit from Trefethen's Main Ranch estate vineyard. Love the freshness and clarity, only 16 per cent new oak, to accompany the coolest growing year since 1978. Year 38 is deliciously crafted mixing tropical fruits with citrus and melon/mineral notes and almost no perceptible oak. Perfectly balanced and well, almost un-Napa.
