Meursault, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceMade from vineyard parcels higher up on the hill where the soils are stony and thinner. Peach, floral, butter, lime, baked green apple and vanilla aromas. Dry, fresh, juicy, tighter and concentrated palate. Spicy, buttery, lime, vanilla, green apple skin, grassy flavours with a nutty, slate finish. A more austere, backward style that needs a few years. Fine effort and acidity structure here.
