Ritual Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileVeramonte makes a two block selection of its most intense sauvignon from the cool, Gloria vineyard and the Mauco block with the best acidity for the Ritual label. It still has a pleasing fairly round entry but the palate is fresher and more electric with skinny, tropical Casablanca citrus and gooseberry fruit with some creamy textures in the back ground. Five months in French Oak makes for a smoother finish with a touch of complexity.
