Hunter, New South Wales, AustraliaA mix of the best and oldest from Ashmans vineyard in the Hunter that is all aged in matured large French oak casks. The textures are remarkably suave and glossy, the aromas an enticing mix of electric black fruit and spice. The palate is equally persistent and balanced at even at this young age suggesting cellaring will be rewarded for decades.
