Bartier-Scholefield B-S White Table Wine 2011
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWe like the latest BS white from Bartier and Scholefield and this year's chardonnay pinot gris mix. Still floral and dry it is slightly more aromatic with bits of apple, grapefruit and grass throughout. The attack is austere and restrained on the front palate but easy sipping and juicy fruit helps it slide down easily with flavours green apple, citrus and lemongrass.
