HungaryCement, lees, eggy, apricot, baked pear, spicy aromas with a touch of lifted, volatile, burnt butter. Fresh, juicy, elegant, somewhat sweet entry with baked pear, butter, honey, lees, egg yolk, dried apricot, spicy, minty, grapefruit rind and cement flavours. Good finesse and balance with some fine concentration on the finish. This is a slightly oxidative style where the palate is much purer than the aromas would suggest.
