Cahors, Sud-Ouest, FranceI'm a big fan of this easy sipping quaffable malbec from Cahors. The style is drier than what we are seeing at this price point from Argentina (yeah!). The fruit is primary with a distinct raspberry and cocoa flavours flecked with fresh black pepper. Should be perfect with grilled meats and chicken or hearty stews.
