Haywire Chardonnay Canyonview Vineyard 2011
Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCanyonview Vineyard sits just above Trout Creek in Summerland. The grapes were concrete-fermented and were given a serious lees stirring regimen that extended in to three months. Despite no malolactic fermentation the wine isn't as crisp as advertised.
