Veneto, ItalyMedium fine mousse with pear, nutty, light garlic, floral, lemon, earthy aromas. Fresh, crisp, dry brut style with lots of mousse. Baked pear, quince, lemon, apple skin, nutty, lees, spicy garlic flavours.
