Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandA more subtle version of the regular DP sauvignon with a pronounced, chalky minerality and a strong citrus undercurrent. The attack has a buttery, creamy lees underbelly with lemon and oyster liqueur notes throughout the finish. An intense, rich, complex white that steps out of the norm of most Marlborough sauvignon.
