Mosel, GermanyThis 2 star auslese is essentially BA level and what a wine. Floral, honey, mango, pineapple, green apple, apricot, botrytis egg yolk, orange and lime aromas. Ripe, rich, crisp, juicy, intense palate. Red apple, pineapple, lime, orange, nectarine, spicy, slate, eggy flavours with a very juicy, crisp, vibrant finish. Incredible flavours and concentration and exceptionally high acidity and sugar should allow this wine to age for 40 years.
