Champagne, FranceMedium fine, white mousse. Green apple, citrus, floral, spicy, honey, toasty, anise aromas. Dry, fresh, slightly austere palate with toasty brioche, green apple, butter, oyster shell, citrus flavours. Good acidity and vibrancy but somewhat youthful and simple.
