Unconventional Wisdom Naysayer Cabernet Franc 2009
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaEarthy, smoky, saddle leather, cedar, cranberry, prune, briary, riparian, tobacco aromas. Dry, elegant but tight palate with some chewy tannins and juicy acidity. Cedar, vanilla, olive, tobacco leaf, peppery, rooty, smoky, leather, cranberry, cherry flavours. Finish is very warm and a bit sweet and sour with some dry tannins and lots of oak. Needs a few years to settle down.
