La Consulta, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaPeppery, spicy, liquorice, tobacco, light barnyard, savoury, floral, black berry aromas. Dry, tight, elegant, supple palate yet slightly hollow and tight with fresh acidity. Coffee, black cherry, cassis, peppery, tobacco, savoury, herbal, mushroom flavours. A good red if lacking a bit of mid-palate stuffing and finishing on the warm side.
