Las Perdices Tinamu Blend 2007

Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaPeppery, smoky, black cherry jam, chocolate, tobacco, roast mushroom, inky, coffee aromas. Dry, full but smooth with leaner tannins and a bitter edge. Coffee, chocolate, vanilla, smoky, herbal, peppery, savoury, meaty, orange peel flavours with a resiny, poultry spice finish. Dry tannins and hollow, short finish but should improve in bottle over the next two years. Best with grilled meat.
