Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaOpen ripe nose of savoury, meaty notes with good aromatics and a splash of vanilla. The attack is spicy but the structure is cool and balanced; the flavours a mix of white pepper, cocoa, liquorice, vanilla and meaty notes all with balance. Impressive styling and flavours for the price. You can cellar this for a year or two or serve now with lamb chops.
