Costières de Nîmes, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceBig black cherry jam, smoky, savoury, meaty, peppery, garrigue, liquorice, tapenade and floral aromas. Dry, elegant but slightly tight with some youthful tannins and juicy acidity. Big rich attack of peppery, smoky, resin, garrigue and black cherry fruit flecked with raspberry, tobacco, black pepper and liquorice flavours. Good juicy style with some structure and intensity but will need a few years to round out or try with roast duck or lamb.
