Cenit 2007
Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileBig cassis jam, spicy, peppery, tobacco, bay leaf, black cherry, savoury, vanilla, coffee, leather and sage aromas. Dry, elegant, slightly lean palate with juicy acidity and light tannins. Black olive, minty, cassis, sappy, riparian, tobacco, vanilla, prune, coffee, resin and dried herb flavours. Finish has some length but shows some tea leaf tannins - on the green side. Good nose but palate is lacking - solid but not exceptional.Tasted: 07 February 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $70.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - The Bacchus Group |
