Valle del Tulum, San Juan, ArgentinaRoasted pepper, blackberry, spicy, savoury, cedar, tobacco, smoky, meaty aromas. Dry, round, supple but grainy tannins. Peppery, earthy, tobacco, black cherry, liquorice, meaty, smoky, vanilla, slightly leathery flavours. A bit too warm and simple despite its big structure. Needs 2-3 years to develop in bottle.Tasted: 15 February 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
