Tuscany, ItalyTre, not surprisingly is a mix of three grapes: 80/10/10 sangiovese, merlot and cabernet sauvignon picked from three separate estates in Castellina, Radda, Morellino di Scansano. There is much more elegance here than in earlier versions. Love the open fresh savoury cran-cherry floral fruit nose flecked with liquorice and tobacco. More cassis and smoky, cherry liquorice flavours and an alcohol level in check.
